The Commercial Specialist role is providing support to a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors like Retail, Travel, and Telecoms. You will help manage and grow successful affiliate programmes by offering top-tier administrative and customer support. This role is an excellent entry point into the affiliate marketing industry, with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and questions through our ticketing system, ensuring quick and helpful answers.
• Help with tasks such as managing client accounts, updating account information, and assisting with programme changes.
• Work with other internal teams (like finance and technical teams) to solve client ssues.
• Support clients by keeping them informed about updates, changes, or improvements in the system.
• Assist in finding and onboarding new partners for affiliate programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tasks.

Skills & Expertise

• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to collaborate with others and support your teammates when needed
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
• Belonging to protected categories, Art. 1 Law 68/99
