• Plan, implement, and manage supply chain operations, ensuring process optimization and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate procurement activities and supplier management, building strategic and sustainable relationships.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient demand and inventory management.
• Analyze market and internal data to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with management and other business functions to ensure a smooth and effective workflow.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and propose corrective actions.
• Promote innovative solutions and implement best practices for sustainable supply chain management.

Location: Vicenza

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management roles, preferably in manufacturing companies governed by private equity funds.
• Excellent knowledge of regulations and best practices related to supply chain management.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in the use of management tools and software (ERP, forecasting systems, and data analysis).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and ability to work in teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for managing internal and external stakeholders.
