The main activities associated with the role include:

• Develop a technical expertise in product design/formulation and process development/process scale-up
• Operate with technical direction
• Participate in cross-functional project team discussions defining and coordinating deliverables (e.g.: R&D)
• Connection with end-to-end R&D functions defining the execution pathway and ensuring deliverables remain on track and support
• Draft and execute peer reviewed manuscripts, technical reports
• Follow standards and quality, medical and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate as :

• Master’s degree
• 1/2 years of experience in similar role
• Experience and understanding of formulated products is preferred.
• Cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills are required.
• Project management skills are required
• the ability to develop understanding of formulation technology and chemical science
• the ability to otimize formulated ingredients to meet cost objectives and to manage availability of raw materials
