Key Responsibilities:

• Large-Scale Event Management: Lead the organization and execution of conferences, workshops, and business events, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are flawlessly managed.
• Project Operations Support: Assist the technical teams with project planning and implementation processes within the labs.
• Process Management: Oversee key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and online tools for asset management.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate regular business meetings, tracking action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Team Activities: Design and execute team-building activities and workshops to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in organizing and managing large conferences and corporate events.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing projects and processes.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese is essential.
