This role will be responsible mainly for the administrative management of Patient Advocacy initiatives for all processes managed by Patient Advocacy Team (Project proposals received by Patient Advocacy Groups, management of Educational Grants, Business Donations, Corporate Sponsorships, participation of Patient Advocacy delegates in Pfizer-sponsored meetings and campaigns, FCPA, Contracting, Payments, etc.) and over time could also manage direct relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups related to administrative processes/activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the relevant Patient Advocacy functions to ensure management and implementation of Patient Advocacy projects
- Administrative management of project proposals received from Patient Advocacy Groups using dedicated tools like Easy GIP, Ariba/MAPP Navigator and Buyer system, in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures, the company’s Ethic code, and all applicable laws and regulations
- Management of Confirmation Letters
- Purchase order management using Ariba Buyer system and other finance applications.
- Support for internal and external audit activities, including funding disclosure (Transparency)
