operation assistant - chinese proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Operations Support: Facilitate the technical teams’ project development and implementation processes within the labs.

• Process Management: Assist with key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and using online tools for asset management.

• Meeting Coordination: Organize regular business meetings within the labs and track open issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Team Activities: Plan and coordinate team-building initiatives and workshops to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and processes.

• Master or Bachelor Degree.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

• Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of purpose.

• Prior experience organizing and executing large conferences and events is a plus.

• Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese.
