Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the import and export of goods, ensuring the efficiency and timeliness of all processes
• Coordinate transactions between international and domestic buyers and sellers
• Plan the delivery of goods and oversee shipping schedules
• Oversee the assessment of import and export taxes, and the issuance of entry permits
• Address issues raised by customs authorities, international and domestic business partners, and other stakeholders involved in the trade process
• Manage relationships with customs authorities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Logistics, or related fields
• Prior experience in the import-export sector, with a strong focus on sea/ocean freight. Proven expertise in the various stages of goods preparation, international trade policies, and customs management is essential
• In-depth knowledge of international import-export procedures, customs regulations, and relevant policies to ensure compliance and the smooth handling of goods across borders
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Adaptability, precision, and attention to detail
• Fluency in both Italian and English
