Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Europe)

• Manage hiring processes across European offices, sourcing top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and local teams to identify needs and conduct interviews.

Outsourcing Management (Southern Europe: Spain, Italy, Portugal)

• Oversee third-party vendors for recruitment and temporary staffing.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and service agreements.

Employee Relations & Culture (Italy)

• Address employee concerns and ensure policy adherence.
• Foster a collaborative, engaging work environment aligned with Huawei’s values.
• Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to boost engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 1+ year of HR experience
• Fluency in English, Chinese, and Italian
• Passion for HR and people development
• Open, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment
