Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, in full compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits, deductions, and tax reporting.
• Maintain precise payroll records and generate required reports.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations.

HR Administration

• Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local labor laws.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
• Assist with contract management, renewals, and amendments.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare and submit regular payroll, headcount, and HR reports for management.
• Participate in audits and resolve discrepancies as necessary

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
